Another week, another new video detailing the additions and changes coming to MLB The Show 18.

In this week's edition of "GameStop Monday", the weekly video series showcasing the new features of MLB The Show 18, we have learned more about the game's Diamond Dynasty mode. The specific changes that are detailed in this video mostly deal with the mission structure and the earning of legendary players such as Ted Williams and Babe Ruth. There's also been an overhaul of the attributes system that now allows certain players to have stats that surpass the previous cap of 99. That means you can expect some all-time greats like Babe Ruth to be even better than they usually would be in previous years.

As someone who almost exclusively plays Diamond Dynasty every year, I'm intrigued by these updates. The changes to the attribute system make a lot of sense but I'm just hoping that it doesn't drastically unbalance the base game. This along with the new rewards like bobbleheads and autographed baseballs definitely have me interested and looking forward to once again pouring in dozens upon dozens of hours into Diamond Dynasty.

You can find the newest video for your own viewing pleasure below. MLB The Show 18 will launch next month on March 27 for PS4 while those who pre-order will gain access to it four days early on March 23.
