Mobile Suit Gundam EXTREME VS gets new Screenshots and Information

Namco Bandai released today a new large batch of screenshots and some new pieces of info about Mobile Suit Gundam EXTREME VS, that will be released on PS3 on December the 1st (of course only in Japan).

The new “Trial Mission” mode has been detailed further: The player will be able to select missions on a grid map, and by completing each mission new branches will open, making more missions available. Once a grid is complete, a new grid will unlock.

By clearing some missions the player will earn new skills ad new emblems for his Mobile suits.

Skills vary in effects and power: One can extend the time limit of missions by 30 seconds, another lowers the probability for the enemy to successfully defend. A third examples raises the damage inflicted by 50% but also the damage received by 100%.

The first print of the game will also include, as an exclusive bonus, a code to unlock the RX-93-ν2 Hi-ν Gundam.

New playable mobile suits have also been showcased. You can see them all in the gallery below:
