Last week, Call of Duty fans got to see what Infinity Ward was cooking up in the multiplayer department for Modern Warfare, but they haven't been able to see anything from the game's campaign since launch. Well, it seems like that's going to be changing soon as a developer at Infinity Ward has revealed that fans should expect new footage from the campaign "soon."Taylor Kurosaki, the Studio Narrative Director at Infinity Ward, confirmed the news on his personal Twitter account just a few days ago and it seems to have gone relatively unnoticed.Beyond this little nugget of news, however, we don't know anything about what fans will exactly see. Will it be what the press saw at E3 2019 (which I thought was phenomenal) or will it be an entirely different video altogether. We also don't even know how soon is "soon." One would expect that fans might see something at Gamescom, but that this has in no way been confirmed and is just speculation on my part. At this point, fans will just have to wait and see.As previously mentioned, fans just got their look at the game's multiplayer last week. DualShockers was actually able to fly out to LA and play the game early so we have a ton of coverage, including gameplay videos, impressions, and more.Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is set to be released on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Windows PC on October 25, 2019. Fans who pre-order the game will receive access to both the game's beta and a Classic Price skin for Black Ops 4's Blackout mode.
