Monster Hunter Rise Digital Event March 8/9, 2021 - Start Time, Where to Watch

Here's where to watch the Monster Hunter Digital Event.

Monster Hunter is on its way to becoming one of the biggest franchises in video games. The series has always been hugely popular in Japan, but the release of Monster Hunter World bought it swathes of fans based in the west. The title has gone on to become Capcom’s top-selling game of all time and has received tons of updates both big and small. Following World, Capcom announced Monster Hunter Rise for the Nintendo Switch (and later PC) and it looks as though it’s going to be another fantastic game. Ahead of that, Capcom is holding a Monster Hunter Digital Event, focused on both the series, then specifically Monster Hunter Rise. Here are all the details you need to know.

Monster Hunter and Monster Hunter Rise Digital Anniversary Event Schedule

The event kicks off today March 8 and will begin at 2 pm UK/9 am ET/ 6 am PT. This event specifically is known as the “Monster Hunter Digital Event”. Following that, we have “New Monster Hunter Rise Gameplay, Hunting Tutorials and Director Q&A”. This event will start at the same time all over the world as the March 8 event.

Then, on March 11, Capcom is holding a “Community Livestream” featuring prominent content creators and internet personalities including ArekkzGaming and Strippin.

Where to watch the event?

The event will be available to watch on the official Monster Hunter Twitch Channel, as well as live on the Monster Hunter YouTube Channel. We’ve embedded the video so you can watch it right here.

Monster Hunter Rise Details

Monster Hunter Rise releases at the end of this month. The game has both a Standard Edition and Deluxe Edition available to pre-order, and you can read our thoughts on both right here. The game is set to feature many player’s favourite systems from previous Monster Hunter games when it launches on the Nintendo Switch.
