Here is all the information we have on the Monster Hunter Rise Release time and preload information.

What is preloading and when can I do it?

Preloading is effectively preinstalling the game. This means that as soon as Nintendo unlocks it, players will be able to boot up their Nintendo Switch and play it, with no anxious install times.

Players who have previously pre-ordered the Monster Hunter Rise should now be at a point where they can preload the title. As soon as Nintendo takes the money, the game can be downloaded, ready to go for Friday.

What time will Monster Hunter Rise release on the Nintendo Switch?

  • WHICH EDITION? – Deluxe vs Standard – What’s Included, is it Worth it?

According to Nintendo’s website, Monster Hunter Rise should be available to play at 9:00 pm PT/Midnight ET this evening as the title has both a digital and physical release. This could vary a little though, as it is a third party title. It’s likely this will be the time for such a big game, however, Nintendo says “Some third-party titles are not available until 12:00 p.m. PT on the game’s release date.”

For UK players, things are a little different. Players who pre-order the title will be able to play it “the night before its official release.” Players who instead decide to wait will be able to download their copy of Monster Hunter Rise at around 2 pm GMT. European players should generally add one hour to this.

Monster Hunter Rise Demo Rewards

Players who played the Monster Hunter Rise Demo should ensure they don’t delete their save-file before loading up the full game. Capcom has promised players “Demo Player Bonus”, which includes 20 Mega Potions, five Pitfall Traps, 10 Energy Drinks, five Mega Demon Drugs and five Mega Armorskins.
