Nintendo and Capcom announced new Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak Amiibo figures during the digital showcase event on March 15, here are the price, release date, and pre-order details of each Amiibo.
Three different Monster Hunter Rise Amiibo were announced, the Canyne Malzeno Palamute Amiibo, the Malzeno Amiibo, and the Felyne Malzeno Palico Amiibo.
All three Amiibo are still in development. It's possible they will look slightly different at release when compared to the preview above. As of now March 15, official retail prices were only listed in Japan, and the Amiibo aren't up for preorder in the US yet. The prices listed below are from the Japanese press release.

The Canyne Malzeno Palamute Amiibo is priced at 1870 Yen, $16, you'll be able to pre-order it at the major US retailers:
The Canyne Malzeno Palamute Amiibo will unlock the Formal Dragon Palamute layered armor set in-game.
Malzeno Amiibo preorder price and where to buy

The physical Collector's Edition of Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak also includes a Malzeno Amiibo. The Malzeno Amiibo unlocks the Formal Dragon Hunter layered armor set in-game.

All three Amiibo will be released on June 30, 2022. Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak itself will be released worldwide on Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam on June 30, 2022. You can catch below the integrity of the digital event if you missed it.
