Monster Hunter World Has Now Topped 14 Million Units Sold
After the release of the Iceborne expansion, Monster Hunter World has reached yet another sales milestone for Capcom.

Following the release of Monster Hunter World: Iceborne last month, Capcom has now revealed that the game has once again passed another sales milestone.
Announced via the official Monster Hunter Japanese Twitter account, Capcom stated that sales of Monster Hunter World have now topped 14 million units around the world. This total is the sold-in figure comprised of shipments to retailers and digital sales and isn’t reflective of the total that consumers have purchased directly.
When we were last updated on the sales total of Monster Hunter World, Capcom had stated that sales had passed 13 million units back in July. The release of Iceborne in September surely helped the game ship another million units or so over that time. Capcom’s best-selling game of all-time continues to set more records for the company and with the advent of new content based on properties like Resident Evil heading to the world of Monster Hunter soon, more and more players may continue to jump in moving forward.
Monster Hunter World is available now on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. The Iceborne expansion for the title we found to be phenomenal and is available now on consoles. The expansion will head to PC early next year in January 2020.
