Today Capcom released the updated event and challenge quest schedule for Monster Hunter World up to April 5th.

Interestingly, among the challenge quests there are three eight-star "Nergigante Slay Events" for top hunters of rank sixteen or above, available from today to May 11th.

You can check out the full schedule below.

For those waiting for a chance to change their character's appearance, today is the day, as Capcom is rolling out the first Character Edit Voucher. It's a free download on the PlayStation and Xbox Stores.

At the moment it's already available on the Japanese PlayStation Store and on the Xbox Store regardless of region. Fans on PS4 in North America and Europe will have to wait until later today.

It's worth mentioning that the voucher lets you change only the appearance of your character, but not his or her name. You also can't change the appearance of your palico buddy and its name.

You should be careful not to waste the voucher on menial edits, as there won't be any more until later this spring, and they'll cost real money.

Below you can enjoy a gallery of screenshots of the event and challenge quests included in the new schedule.

Monster Hunter World is currently available for PS4 and Xbox One, with a PC version coming later this year in the fall. If you want to learn more about the game, you can read our review.

We recently learned that the game shipped 7.5 million copies, becoming Capcom’s best selling game ever and that a collaboration with Devil May Cry is also coming down the line.
