When Capcom showcased the first gameplay video of Monster Hunter World during a livestream from Japan, the quality was pretty terrible. Yet, at last, we get to see the game in all its glory with a direct feed gameplay video.
The video showcases the demo that was introduced at E3 behind closed doors, and shows a full hunting quest. This time around, there is no multiplayer interaction, so everything is done by a single hunter. If you want to see drop-in multiplayer in action, you’ll have to be content with the livesteramed version.
You can check it out below, and if you want to see what the game looks like, you can watch another video glimpse on gameplay, the announcement trailer, and some rather lovely screenshots. Recently, we also learned that the game is a full-fledged mainline title of the series and not a spinoff, and some more info on how the game will play.
Monster Hunter World will release worldwide in early 2018 for PS4 and Xbox One. It will also launch on PC in a later time frame.
