Following its top-twenty on Wednesday, Media Create followed-up today with its usual weekly analysis.

In terms of new games, the performance of Level-5's The Snack World: TreJarers seems not to have impressed the analysts, which calls the 35,655 initial sales volume "not no large."

Monster Hunter World instead is hailed as the first PS4 game to reach two million units sold at retail, and Media Create expects the game to achieve long-lasting sales due to the addition of new content over time and the purchase of new PS4 consoles in the future.

It'll be certainly interesting to see how far will Capcom manage to push this extremely successful game.

If you want to learn more about the game, you can read our review, and check out the latest update, that introduced the Elder Dragon Kulve Taroth.

Monster Hunter World is currently available for PS4 and Xbox One. If you have not purchased the game yet, you can grab it on Amazon.
