If you're among those waiting for the PC version of Monster Hunter World in order to jump into Capcom's massively-successful action RPG, the wait is finally coming close to its end.Today the publisher mentioned on Twitter that the release date, distribution platform, and minimum requirements are going to be announced on Monday, July 9th. We even have a specific hour, which is 9:00 AM PDT.

While I did have a blast with the PS4 version of the game, I'm definitely looking forward to start fresh on PC, and I'm sure I'm not the only one.

We recently heard that the game shipped over eight million copies worldwide, and we’re getting a crossover with Final Fantasy XIV, alongside a new summer event on July 19th.

In other Monster Hunter news, Capcom recently announced that western Nintendo Switch users are finally going to receive a localization of Monster Hunter XX, with the title Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate.

Monster Hunter World is currently available for PS4 and Xbox One. If you have not purchased it yet, you can grab a copy on Amazon.
