Digital Sun Games and 11bit studios have been showcasing Moonlighter, a mix of a shopkeeping sim and The Legend of Zelda inspired action-RPG, a lot over the last year. That being said, the game has been without a clear release date until today. The developers of Moonlighter have revealed that the game will launch on PC, PS4, and Xbox One on May 29.

Digitally, the game will cost $19.99; there will be a limited physical edition of the game, but the game's developers plan on sharing more about that later. As was previously confirmed, Nintendo Switch owners will have to wait a bit longer to play Moonlighter on the console/handheld hybrid. While Moonlighter does seem like a great fit for the system, work on that platform started later into development, which pushed the release date of the Switch version back.

You can check out the trailer announcing the release date below. Moonlighter will launch on PC, PS4, and Xbox One on May 29, and will come to the Nintendo Switch later in the year. If you want to see DualShockers' thoughts on the game, you can check out our preview from the last E3.
