Mortal Kombat Gets Box Art and Firm Release Date

The developers of Mortal Kombat have been shying around the release date, confirming that in was in April but never giving us a solid day. Now we know when you’ll have to take off work, but that’s not all we’ve got. I’ve posted the newly released box art above. 

As you can see, the iconic Sub-Zero and Scorpion dawn the cover, locked in a furious battle for supremacy. I personally don’t see how just two characters constitute the box art for a fighting game, but ah well. It isn’t as good as the special edition box art for Marvel vs. Capcom 3 though. Oh yeah, before I forget, the release date is April 19th.  Boy you’d have been mad if I forgot, right?
