Mortal Kombat Spotted for PlayStation Vita

By Kenneth Richardson

August 29, 2011

I had heard no news of Mortal Kombat coming to the PS Vita, but considering that just about every other recently revealed fighter is headed for it, such news wouldn’t be surprising in the least. An image has appeared on the nets of an ad for Mortal Kombat Vitality. The name is an obvious fusion of ‘Vita’ and ‘Fatality’ but still sounds a bit…odd, especially for a Mortal Kombat game. It isn’t, however, very hard to believe that this could really be the would be game’s title.

The ad also pins down a 2012 Q1 release for the game, which is understandably close to the launch of the handheld itself. It could be a launch title. I am inclined to believe that this is legit for some reason, but as long you know that this isn’t official and could be fake then I’ve done my job.
