In addition to several new features available in MotoGP 17 when it releases next month, Milestone Games has announced a brand new esports tournament as well.

It's quite easy to enter and doesn't require any traveling, as you can attempt to qualify directly from the friendly confines of your own home. You will need to complete three steps in order to qualify for the grand championship round, which will take place in Spain during the Grand Prix Motul De La Comunitat Valenciana on November 12th, 2017

Step 1: Buy the game (self explanatory, right?)

Step 2: Register on the official website and compete in three races, beating the pre-ordained times in Red Bull Rookies Championship, Moto3 and Moto2 categories.

Step 3: If you successfully complete step 2, you will need to complete seven online challenges next. These are all pre-set with static conditions that can not be changed. The top finalists will then move on to the finals, which will be broadcasted live during the Grand Prix race in Spain.

Unfortunately, the prizes for the finalists and winners were not announced yet, but will be shortly on the game's official site. Remember, this Esports tournament is exclusively for PS4 players when the game releases on June 15th, 2017. MotoGP 17 will also launch on Xbox One and PC, but without the tournament.

This year's version of the game will be in 60 FPS for the first time as one of its new features. Those in the United States wishing to purchase the physical version will have to find their local Gamestop, as the retailer has exclusive rights for its distribution.
