Episode 2 of Ms. Marvel mainly focused on Kamala Khan learning about her new cosmic powers. The 16-year-old teenager also makes an effort to understand more about the mysterious bracelet, which first belonged to her great-grandmother, Aisha. Apart from that, the episode also featured Kamran, who bonds with Kamala by talking about Bollywood and Shah Rukh Khan.

At the coffee shop, Kamala and Kamran start talking about their favorite Bollywood actor, and Ms. Marvel makes it clear that there's no bad Shah Rukh Khan movie. After that, Kamran asks Kamala if she is also in love with 'Kingo.' Kamala says that her mother has a massive crush on Kingo. Kamran responds by saying that his mother is also obsessed with 'Kingo Senior' for some reason.

Now, Marvel fans who've watched Eternals might remember Kingo (Kumail Nanjiani), who is a significant member of the group. In the Marvel Cinematic Universe, every Eternal walked on a different path after the group disbanded. While most Eternals go for a simple and grounded life, Kingo decides to become a Bollywood actor.

For several generations, Kingo worked in Bollywood while hiding the fact that he is a cosmic entity who doesn't age. To stay in the industry without raising any concerns about his true identity, Kingo says that the old-generation actors who looked like him were his father and grandfather. So, in the MCU, Kingo or Kingo Senior is the same person, but most people think of them as different individuals.

  • More: Who is Kamran in Ms. Marvel Comics?

In the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Kingo(s) is a prominent Bollywood personality for South Asian people. So, it's no wonder that Kamran and Kamala drop that name while talking about Indian cinema. However, they don't know that Kingo, just like them, is a cosmic entity who arrived on Earth millions of years ago. It would definitely be interesting to see how Kamala would react after learning that her mother's favorite actor is, in fact, a superhero who saved the planet multiple times.
