At Bitsummit 2015, PixelJunk Eden Art Director and Composer Baiyon announced a new game he’s directing in collaboration with Pigmy Studio, titled Muse: Together Is the New Alone.

The game is defined as a single player “love adventure” for PS4 and PS Vita. For the moment the release windows hasn’t been announced.

The story starts in a small town in the countryside, where a girl is sleeping eternally on a bed. One day, a boy finds notes and paintings belonging to the girl, and by being guided by these tokens, he embarks on a journey in the hope to find a way to wake her up.

The game is themed on “unrequieted love,” and features a peculiar art style blending pixel art and Baiyon’s own watercolor paintings, and will feature a melancholic electronic soundtrack.

Below you can check out five screenshots of the game.
