  • Firstly, the title of the Chapter will be "All Out."
  • It starts with Deku's meeting with Muscular, who was waiting for Deku all this time.
  • Muscular says that he doesn't want revenge. Instead, he is tired of fighting weak opponents and wants to go berserk and destroy everything.
  • Muscular then jumps to attack Deku, but he crashes into the building as his leap wasn't high enough.
  • Then, Muscular orders Deku to go "All out" against him.
  • Deku brought Shindo to Tatami and tells her to treat his wounds.
  • Deku feels bad for not arriving on time and promises to keep the damage to a minimum.
  • Tatami can't see Deku because of the smoke but recognizes his voice.
