Much of Nintendo's new membership reward program, My Nintendo, remains a mystery. However, thanks to a small line in Nintendo Account's "Delete Account" option, we know that My Nintendo will be implementing some sort of Mission system.

Stepping into the shoes of Club Nintendo, My Nintendo is one of the two major account systems Nintendo is launching Spring 2016. Nintendo's new unified account system, Nintendo Accounts, began registration today. After registration, users can deactivate their account and are greeted with this screen:

As you can see, the first bullet point is "Mission status, points, and rewards in the My Nintendo rewards program." While the points and rewards are well known features of Nintendo's rewards programs, little-to-nothing is know to what these Missions may entail.

However, if we look at Nintendo's other competitors, we may be able to draw some comparisons. For instance, Xbox Live Rewards offers Missions where users can pre-order or purchase games, take surveys, or refer friends for additional points.

Besides these comparisons -- which are shaky at best -- we don't know what exactly these "Missions" can be. With that said, My Nintendo is slated to launch worldwide by March 2016.
