Namco Bandai Trademarks Two New “Tales Of” Titles

on August 8, 2013 12:44 AM

Namco Bandai really seems to love to trademark new tales titles, whether they’ll ever turn into games or not.  In July trademarks with the names Tales of ZestoriaTales of Creales and Tales of Catastora surfaced in the Japanese patent database.

Today two more have been discovered: Tales of Zestiria and Tales of Zestias, both filed on July the 16th, and officially registered today.

Looking at the similarity between the names Zestoria, Zestiria and Zestias, looks like someone at Namco Bandai isn’t exactly sure of what to choose for one of the upcoming Tales titles. Which one will they chose? Your guess is as good as mine here.
