Ever thought that you could get a reward for naming your adorable newborn a certain name? Well Bethesda is holding a promotion/contest for parents come this November 11, 2011 (Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim’s release date). Simply get lucky by having your baby born on November 11th and name the cute tyke Dovahkiin. Bethesda will then provide (with proof of birth info) the parents with an “unknown” reward.

If you are for some unorthodox reason contemplating this, Dovahkiin means “Dragonborn” in Skyrim’s alphabet. Though it is a cool name with a cool meaning behind it, this isn’t the 13th century anymore. Bethesda seems to realize that with their disclaimer reading, “Any reward for completing this quest will not ultimately justify the potential teasing our child could, and probably will, endure over its lifespan. Bethesda Softworks is not responsible for your parenting.”
