If you're a fan of the NASCAR Heat series and you've been hoping for more, then you're in luck. This weekend, developer Monster Games and publisher 704 Games officially announced the next entry in the series, which of course is a direct follow-up to last year's entry, and is set to be titled NASCAR Heat 3.

The biggest addition coming to NASCAR Heat 3 is the Xtreme Dirt Tour, which, as the name suggests, gives the players the abilities to compete on dirt tracks for the first time, some of which are original and some of which are dirt remakes of real-life tracks.

To celebrate the announcement of the new game, 704 Games also released the first trailer for the title, which shows off gameplay. You can check it out at the end of the article.

NASCAR Heat 3 is set to be available on September 7, 2018, and will be available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Windows PC. Players who pre-order the game will receive a $50 coupon for a real-life NASCAR race next year.

DualShockers was able to go hands-on with the title at E3 2018, so you'll all be able to hear about the game in the coming days.
