Call of Duty: Ghosts developer Infinity Ward has been on the prawl for new talent, and just hired two prominent designers from Naughty Dog: former Narrative Design Lead Taylor Kurosaki and Lead Game Designer Jacob Minkoff.

Kurosaki and Minkoff will work together in similar roles to those they covered at Naughty Dog, with a substantial promotion. They'll be respectively Narrative Director and Design director, as they both revealed today on Twitter.

Minkoff has been working at Naughty Dog in since 2009 first as a Game Designer and then taking the position of Lead in 2011, while Kurosaki is one of the veterans of the studio and contributed to its games various roles since the times of Crash Bandicoot in 1995.

Minkoff's linkedin profile mentions that he's now going to work as part of a "direct development team with a focus on integrating narrative and systems as a holistic experience."

At the moment it's not known if Minkoff and Kurosaki will work on Infinity Ward's next Call of Duty game, which hasn't yet been officially announced but has been heavily hinted to as part of Activision's plans for the franchise, or on a completely different experience.
