Blue Estate is finally arriving on the Xbox One later this month, quite some time after its initial release on the PS4. If you're interested in He Saw's on-the-rails bonkers shoot-em-up, you'll just have to stump up the cash or play a mates copy as there won't be a demo.

The official Blue Estate twitter has been quite active recently, answering fans questions and basically mingling with their growing on-line community. In answering a would-be customers question as to whether there will be a trial version for Xbox One owners, the developer confirmed that there won't be any free demo for players to give it a test run.

It's not all bad news though as it's releasing for a fairly cheap price - just $12.99 with Xbox Live members being treated to an additional 20% off.

If you really need to see the game in action before plonking down the dough, then you can check out the first 20 minutes of the Xbox One version down below, be warned, it's got some rudies in there. If you're at work it might be worth lowering the volume or chucking on some headphones, you rebellious soul.

Blue Estate will be releasing on the Xbox Live Marketplace on February 19th.
