What’s New In NBA 2K22 Update 1.004?

Details are still sparse regarding the latest NBA 2K22 update, but players are reporting that the patch is around 700MB on next-gen consoles. Of course, the file size may vary depending on your platform.

It is possible that today’s NBA 2K22 update fixes some important bugs. One of which could be for the ‘The Drama: Trade Rumors” quest not working. This bug was not allowing players to complete the quest and therefore meant their career could not be continued.

Another issue players have been facing in NBA 2K22 is the prevention of teaming up with other players. This bug is causing player’s squad invites to simply not send or be received. Thankfully there is a workaround for this bug, but many players are hoping that the developers simply fix the issue in the new patch.

These are two rather large bugs that will hopefully be addressed in the September 15 NBA 2K22 update.

As soon as more official details are released regarding the new patch, we will update this article.
