NBA 2K22 1.07 Patch Notes

Below you will find the official patch notes for the November 3 NBA 2K22 update, which is now live on current-gen platforms.

GENERAL

  • Tightened collision detection to prevent “ghost” charging/blocking fouls during gameplay.
  • Rebirth (and the associated quest) should once again be attainable for those users still looking to properly acquire it.
  • The Gym Rat badge should once again be attainable for those users still looking to acquire it.
  • Addressed an issue with custom jerseys that resulted in invisible players in MyTEAM games.
  • 2020-21 NBA Championship banners have been raised in the Bucks’ Fiserv Forum.
  • Many more fixes included to improve the overall experience of NBA 2K22 across all game modes.

NBA 2K22 1.07 Patch Size

The size of today’s NBA 2K22 update will vary depending on your platform. As mentioned previously, the latest update is now available for both PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, check out both of the patch sizes for each platform below:

  • PlayStation 4 = 28.839GB
  • Xbox One = 30.81GB

As is the case with many NBA 2K22 updates, the patch sizes are rather large, with many players being frustrated at having to download such a large update for very little change.

What’s New In Today’s Update?

Today’s update likely fixes many bugs for current-gen consoles, but is there any new content to look forward to? As mentioned previously, no patch notes have been released for today’s update, but the official NBA 2K Twitter account did reveal that NBA75 Jerseys will be made available for current-gen consoles following the latest patch.

However, with such a large download size, there’s likely plenty more included. Twitter user PowerDF believes that today’s update is also to prepare for the Vacation Days Event set to take place this weekend.

Once more details are revealed, we will update this article. Stay tuned!
