In two weeks, EA Tiburon's NBA Live 19 will hit both PS4 and Xbox One. For those still unsure about whether or not they will pick the game up, EA has released a free NBA Live 19 demo on both platforms, just like they did last year.

This demo will let players experience The Rise, which is the first portion of the single-player career mode The One. After creating a character, players will partake in various streetball matches in places like the Philippines or Brazil before eventually facing off with cover athlete Joel Embiid on his own custom court with its own rules.

Players will also be able to mess around with the Create-Your-Court feature and try out Live Events, which are constantly updated challenges for players to partake in for rewards. To celebrate the demo's launch and impending release, EA is also hosting a pre-launch event at twitch.tv/NBA where stars will they will unveil a new game mode, have athletes play 3v3 games, have a dunk contest.

If you want to see our thoughts on what this part of the demo has to offer, you can check out DualShockers' preview of female Create-A-Player and The One. The single-player portion of NBA Live 19, unlike NBA 2K, won't feature microtransactions according to Creative Director Ryan Santos.

You can already download to demo for NBA Live 19 on both PS4 and Xbox One, and if it makes you want pre-order the full game, you can do so on Amazon. As usual, EA Access members on Xbox One will be able to access the game early starting on August 31.
