Back in 2012, developer Dean Dodrill of Humble Hearts surprised many with the release of Dust: An Elysian Tail, especially given the fact that he was the sole creator of the project from its art and design to its music and beyond, with Dodrill announcing his next project exclusively for Nintendo Switch.

Humble Hearts has revealed a new title called Never Stop Sneakin’, which takes a notable turn from Dust: An Elysian Tail by moving its gameplay into 3D. Specifically, the game serves as an homage (and parody of sorts) of the Metal Gear Solid series, as Dodrill explained on Twitter that he wanted to “try something in a completely different aesthetic, and go fully-polygonal in the process.”

While details on the game are still vague, Dodrill explained that Never Stop Sneakin’ will contain gameplay that is “procedural” and “infinitely re-playable,” and that it will also feature “engaging combat” designed with “the simplest controls possible” in mind. Dodrill also revealed that the game will contain the vocal talents of Arin Hanson (aka “Egoraptor” of Game Grumps), Marianne Miller, Jason Marnocha, and others.

Never Stop Sneakin’ will release for the Nintendo Switch in Holiday 2017; in the meantime, you can check out the game’s official reveal trailer below:
