Neverending Nightmares Scares Its Way On To PS4 and Vita This Year

Neverending Nightmares, an atmospheric horror title from Infinitap Games is headed to both the PS4 and Vita in the second quarter of this year. Developer Matt Gilgenbach designed the game to mirror his experiences with mental illness and describes the title as more of an “interactive experience” than a game.

Featuring a unique artstyle and branching narrative, Neverending Nightmares has three unique endings, none of which are described as ‘happy’. The game aims to give little resolution, and depict a nightmare as realistically as possible. The visuals were hand-drawn and inspired by David Lynch films, while the ambient score was designed just for this game.

For the PlayStation releases, Infinitap has insured the narratives are more clear at where they branch. Additionally, the game runs at 1080p and 60fps while supporting cross-buy on each platform.
