Today Cryptic Studios announced that Neverwinter will be heading into open beta on April the 30th, opeining the gates of the Jewel of the North to every adventurer willing to brave them.

To celebrate the announcement the developer also published a new trailer that gives us a bird-eye view on the game, on its classes and even on the foundry feature (similar to the one found in Star Trek Online) that allows players to create quests and adventures on their own and share them online.

The game looks quite good, and Dungeons & Dragons fans will most probably have a lot to do come April the 30th. There will also be a further closed beta weekend before the open beta, from April the 12th to April the 14th. In the meanwhile you can enjoy the trailer below.
