Today Ubisoft released a brand new video on the upcoming Assassn’s Creed Odyssey, which will bring us all back to ancient Greece.

The video shows gameplay and it’s narrated by the developers themselves, as they explain the philosophy behind the RPG mechanics that basically turned the series into action-roleplaying games.

We take a look at the skill trees before we hear about romance, multiple endings, and the fact that you can actually roleplay your character quite extensively changing how he or she behaves.

You can check it out below. If you want to see more about the game, you can also check out plenty of footage of the game from E3 2018, alongside a trailer, and grab yourself a dedicated PS4 theme. You should also read our hands-on preview.

The game will come for PS4, Xbox One, and PC on October 5th, with two days of early access if you purchased one of the special editions.

Assassn’s Creed Odyssey game is already available for pre-order on Amazon.
