If you read my previous news piece from this morning, you already know how I feel about Camelot Unchained, that is currently doing very well on Kickstarter with $646,058 pledged by 3,965 backers.

Today City State Entertainment released a new video update showing something that maybe won't impress everyone, but for sure impresses me as an RvR enthusiast and veteran.

The video stars Co-Founder and Tech Director Andrew Meggs as he shows an example of the engine that will power the game, while it displays ten thousand characters walking around the screen without losing smoothness and performance.

Anyone that played an RvR game before knows this is a bigger deal than it may seem. The nasty lagfests that plagued early fortress raids in Warhammer Online, for instance, were the very opposite of fun, and massive epic-scale battles are the bread and butter of factional warfare.

You can check out the video for yourself below, and pledge your own support for the game here. Things are going well, but there's still a long way to go.
