Following the re-reveal and first major details dropping earlier this summer at E3, CD Projekt Red has revealed just when we’ll start to learn more about the developer’s upcoming game Cyberpunk 2077.
In a tweet from the official Cyberpunk 2077 Twitter account, it was announced that the game’s next update is scheduled for August 21, which if you haven’t checked the calendar is tomorrow. This will be the first time that we have received anything new on the game since E3, but just what will be included in this update is still uncertain.
I’m honestly pretty curious to see what this will entail because I’m hard-pressed to imagine that CD Projekt will announce or show anything substantial. After speaking with some of the members of the development team at E3, it’s clear that this game is still very far out and CD Projekt isn’t willing to reveal too much right now.
Then again, maybe the public will finally get lucky and the demo that I saw behind closed doors at E3 will finally be released to the public. Don’t get your hopes up for that scenario, though.
