New Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen Video With Lead Programmer Discussing Pawns

on May 16, 2013 3:01 PM

Capcom released a new video today for Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen, starring the Lead Programmer of the game Seiji Hamajima. Dark Arisen is an expanded edition of the original Dragon’s Dogma, which came out in North America on May 22nd for the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360.

Hamajima discusses the Strider vocation in this video and recommends the types of pawns Strider types should use in battle. He also goes over what skills the pawns should know in order to best support that class.  Hopefully, Capcom will release videos covering the other classes later on.

Capcom also hosted an event last night on Nico Nico Douga (a Japanese video site not unlike YouTube) that showed off Dark Arisen being played by the developmental staff themselves.
