New Final Fantasy IV: The Complete Collection Screens Look Like...Final Fantasy

By Allen Park

Here’s a few new screens from Final Fantasy IV: The Complete Collection, which we previously reported on. The collection, which entails the original FF IV, along with FF IV: The After Years, all tied up in one neat package, features updated graphics, which are plainly seen in these images.

The enemies do look striking amidst the spritework, which has apparently undergone a spotless scrubbing; it might just be enough for me to want to play this, even though I’m not a huge fan of the Final Fantasy series, and don’t much feel like support Square-Enix these days. Hit the jump for a full gallery. The Complete Collection hits the PSP on April 19.

Allen Park

Allen is an utter whore of a gamer; he's completely open-minded to all games, be they AAA blockbusters or $5 casual children's games. His focus is on indie games specifically, valuing gameplay and ingenuity over sparkly visuals and ridiculous gimmicks. When he's not geeking out over the newest art game, he's out toning his sexy, sculpted shoulders while surfing epic 1.5ft waves, or having a good time with local, high-gravity microbrews.
