New Final Fantasy XV Pictures Show Assets by Xpec and Plusmile: Dragons, Tanks, Giant Machines

Sony Interactive Entertainment hosted a Final Fantasy XV stage event from Taipei Game Show, but there was something that Sony’s cameramen did not show during the official livestream. Luckily, a different perspective was provided by Cube Network’s video feed.

Game Director Hajime Tabata mentioned on stage that nine Asian companies are helping with creating assets for the game, including Xpec from Taiwan and Plusmile from Shanghai, China.

On the screen, two pictures showcasing some of those assets were shown, and you can check them out below.

Some of the elements showcased are certainly interesting: we get to see a dragon, a tank (actually, it looks more like self-propelled artillery), what seems to be some sort of treeman,an NPC, an outfit, several buildings and a giant boring machine.

From what we’ve seen so far, we definitely can’t say that the game doesn’t look visually rich.
