New Footage From HBO's The Last of Us Emerges

A brand new behind the scenes look at HBO's The Last of Us, courtesy of Twitter user HBOsTheLastofUs, has given fans a glimpse of how closely the TV show will replicate the original game.

The footage, seen in the tweet below, shows a near-perfect replica of Ellie climbing through a small vent in the wall to unlock a door to a warehouse and allow Joel to make his way through. Although the scene isn't a shot for shot remake of the game, many fans expressed their excitement with one Reddit user stating "It’s little things like this that will give the show a feeling similar to the game".

Others expressed their desire to find out how exactly Joel and Ellie would interact with each other in the show, with one fan pointing out that the dialogue in the original game would have Joel saying lines such as "Okay, Ellie. Just in and out. Nothing else.". But it looks like we'll have to wait for an official trailer to be released until we hear some dialogue from both Ellie and Joel.
