Another online initiative has appeared to help show off upcoming games in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic and E3's resulting cancellation. The New Game+ Expo (NGPX) was unveiled Wednesday and will showcase the work of a number of developers and publishers from around the world, more specifically from the eastern side of the globe.
The showcase will be broadcasted through Twitch on June 23 at 8 a.m. PDT, and will feature titles from:
- Acttil
- Arc System Works
- Aksys Games
- Atlus
- Grasshopper Manufacture
- Idea Factory
- Inti Creates
- Koei Tecmo
- Natsume Inc.
- NIS America
- Playism
- Sega
- SNK
- Spike Chunsoft
- WayForward
NGPX's lineup could be setting the stage to see more from the likes of Bright Memory Infinite, the western version of Yakuza: Like a Dragon, and No More Heroes 3.
This might also be when we finally get to see whatever was originally planned for Sonic at SXSW, along with the announcement of a long-awaited western release for Persona 5 Scramble (hopefully).
