It seems that Capcom has been paying attention to fans, since they've implemented a number of new features that improve the gameplay of Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Dual Destinies. We also get a lovely surprise in the form of a grown-up Pearl, the adorable little spirit medium from Ace Attorney 2 and 3.

First, we have the "Detective Memo," which keeps track of progress in your investigation and prevents you from forgetting which events you've unlocked and which ones you need to activate. You can access the memo in the Court Records during trials. Another feature is "Consult," which allows you to speak with your assistants during a trial in order to garner more hints if you're stuck at a section. Next up is the highly requested "Backlog" feature that lets you reference previous conversations. The final feature is the addition of a second save file--handy if you're sharing the game with others.

Pearl will also make an appearance in Dual Destinies. Seeing as how this game is at least seven years after Ace Attorney 3, she's matured into quite the pretty young lady. You can see her and other gameplay screens in the gallery posted below.
