New Gameplay Trailer for Oddworld: New ‘n’ Tasty Shows Off Abe’s “Oddysee”

Oddworld: Abe’s Oddysee was a classic at the time on PlayStation, and luckily Oddworld: New ‘n’ Tasty is looking set to deliver a pretty stellar remake of the PSone title with major graphical and gameplay updates.

A new gameplay trailer was released out of this week’s Game Developers Conference in San Francisco, showing off various cutscenes and gameplay scenes from the upcoming remake. As the tale of Mudokon slave Abe trying to escape the horrifying confines of snack production plant/slaughterhouse Rupture Farms, New ‘n’ Tasty will update the original title with enhanced visuals and audio based on the original PSone title, Oddworld: Abe’s Oddysee.

Oddworld: New ‘n’ Tasty releases on PS3, PS4, and PS Vita this coming spring, and will follow with releases on Wii U, PC, Mac, and Linux later in 2014 – in the meantime, you can check out the gameplay trailer for the title below:
