A new gameplay trailer for the upcoming documentary-adventure game KURSK has been released.  The developers over at Jujubee say that this will be the first game ever in this unique genre.

The title will be centered around the tragedy of the Russian atomic bomb submarine K-141 Kursk, which sank back in August 2000 in the Barents Sea. The title will try to stay as true to the story as it possibly can, giving the player a chance to visualize what occurred during this event.

If you will be attending Gamescom, you will have an opportunity to meet the developers of KURSK in Cologne on August 21st-23rd inside hall 2.2, stand D-055.

This title has fascinated me for a while now and I am looking forward to playing it. If executed correctly, this new and interesting genre can provide a historical perspective that other entertainment mediums can't. Especially if it was to come to VR.

Make sure to check out DualShockers for more on this title. KURSK is set to release of October 11th for PC, Mac, PS4, and Xbox One.
