New Kid On the Block: Say Hello to Core Online

on October 6, 2012 12:57 PM

So many MMOs have cropped up over the past several years that, sometimes, it’s a bit difficult to keep track of them. Fortunately, we’ve been seeing quite a few more successful ones as of late, which has MMO players who favor the benefits of industry competition breathing a sigh of relief.

Core Online is another upcoming MMO that has just been announced. It looks to be fairly par-for-the-course as far as a fantasy game goes so far: what we can glean from the official site (which is still in Korean) is that it will have standard classes like the Warrior and Wizard, but the armor is designed as such that it’s hard to tell which class is what as of yet.

For now, take a look at the screenshots and art below – do you think Core Online has what it takes to make it in the competitive MMO market, or do you think it’s just another face in a long line of hopeful successors? Only time will tell.
