The stream will be held on June 29 at 17:00 JST. It'll include Falcom's President Toshihiro Kondo and fan favorite Towa Herschel's seiyuu Ai Nonaka. Multiple staff members of Dengeki Online will be present too.

Here's the full schedule:

This stream itself is part of a bigger event organized by Dengeki Online, the “Kiseki Series 15th Anniversary Memorial Festival" going from June 14 to July 7. Technically, this stream was already announced along with the festival itself on May 24. However, further details like the stream's name, schedule, YouTube link, and the title hinting at a new game reveal, were only published now.

It's also worth mentioning that demos for the PS Vita Evolution versions of the first Kiseki games were all republished by Falcom this June.

Falcom already revealed plenty of details and artwork of the next Kiseki/Trails games. Most notably, one upcoming project is a spinoff-like title to the 4 Trails of Cold Steel games and will release first. The other game will be the start of a new saga in the series, set in the east of the Zemuria continent. We’ve covered everything we know about both games so far in a previous article.

The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel III will be launching on September 27 in the west on PS4, and the first two games are now on PC.
