New Marvel’s Spider-Man Video Shows How its Spectacular Action Sequences Are Created
Insomniac Games developers show how they create an action sequence for Marvel's Spider-Man, from the stunt stage to previz scenes.
Marvel Entertainment released a new video showcasing Insomniac Games’ upcoming action-adventure game Marvel’s Spider-Man.
The video includes comments from the game’s developers and work-in-progress footage showing how Insomniac created the action sequence that appeared in the E3 trailer.
We get to see how the folk as insomniac use Previz (previsualization) sequences instead of a storyboard, and how they worked with stuntmen on the motion capture stage.
You can watch the whole video below, alongside another video showing gameplay released by the Japanese arm of PlayStation. We also have comments from Creative Director Bryan Intihar on the possibility of a sequel, Mary Jane, and the Avengers.
