Marvel Entertainment released a new video showcasing Insomniac Games' upcoming action-adventure game Marvel's Spider-Man.

The video includes comments from the game's developers and work-in-progress footage showing how Insomniac created the action sequence that appeared in the E3 trailer.

We get to see how the folk as insomniac use Previz (previsualization) sequences instead of a storyboard, and how they worked with stuntmen on the motion capture stage.

You can watch the whole video below, alongside another video showing gameplay released by the Japanese arm of PlayStation. If you want to learn more about the game, you should read my hands-on preview and my impressions on the awesome swinging mechanics. We also have comments from Creative Director Bryan Intihar on the possibility of a sequel, Mary Jane, and the Avengers.

You can also check out the brand new DLC schedule and another trailer showing Spidey's friends and foes.

Marvel's Spider-Man launches soon on September 7th exclusively for PS4. You can already pre-order it on Amazon. The physical pre-order was actually made available just today.
