Rockstar released today a new trailer of Max Payne 3, slated to hit the shelves on May the 15th for PS3, PC ad Xbox 360.

The video showcases some of the techology behind the seamless transitions between cutscenes and gameplay, including the ┬ácustom comic panel generator that will give the game a comic book feel and should help keeping the player connected with Max’s consciousness.

It also shows some amazing weapon animation and destructable environmental props. Even cover won’t last forever under fire, allowing both the player and his enemies to fire through it after it’s depleted. You can check it out after the break.
