New Need For Speed Screenshot Reveals that the Subaru BRZ Is in the Game, Shows Customization

Tomorrow Electronic Arts will give the first full reveal of the new Need for Speed, and today they teased it with the first screenshot of the game’s customization features. You can check it out above.

What’s more interesting, though, is that the screenshot reveals that the Subaru BRZ will be included in the game. While the car in the screenshot has a custom front kit with racing wing, it’s still impossible to mistake (the picture below is a picture of the actual car, provided by Subaru itself, it isn’t a screenshot from the game)

The Subaru BRZ (presumably in its 2015 incarnation) is the Subaru-manufactured version of the Toyota 86, designed in collaboration between the two companies. Its boxer engine propels it to a top speed of 145 mph. It jumps to 60 mph in about six seconds.

According to the game’s twitter account, tomorrow we’ll see a new trailer, a look on customization and new information. It’ll definitely be interesting to see what Ghost Games managed to achieve with the FrostBite engine.
