Today Electronic Arts released the first screenshots and a teaser trailer for the new Need For Speed, to be released this fall for PC, PS4 and Xbox One.

The name still hasn’t been revealed, and we’ll have to wait for the full unveiling at E3, but we do know that the new game will feature “deep customisation, authentic urban car culture, a nocturnal open world, and an immersive narrative that pulls you through the game.”

Ghost Games Executive Producer accompanied the press release with a comment:

Need for Speed is one of the most iconic names in gaming, and we’re returning it to greatness in this reboot. Pulling on our 20 years of history, and then taking a year out from releasing a game, we are making the game we’ve always wanted to. We’re listening to the fans and delivering an experience that will capture their imagination and unleash their passion for cars and speed”

If you want to see the teasers and the screenies, go right ahead below. Apparently EA is rocking its not exactly universally loved Porsche exclusive quite hard here.
