New Pokemon Sun and Moon Trailer Shows Starter Evolutions and Demo Date

It’s another week in the fall and yet another Pokémon Sun and Moon trailer has risen with the morning. This video contains many surprises found within starting off with the 2nd stage evolutions for the starting pokémon.

After showing off the online Festival Plaza and the new PC box mini-games, Game Freak decided to remind us of a feature that had been noticeably absent from all the promo to this date. Yes, mega evolutions will be in Sun and Moon. However the trailer only showed previous incarnations so it’s unclear whether there will new forms for the new game.

The most exciting part of the video was left until the end where it was revealed that a demo would be available on Oct 18 from the eshop. For an added bonus for downloading the preview, the Ash-Greninja fusion from the anime will be playable for the first time. You can even take this hybrid and put transfer into your copy of Sun and Moon from the demo when the full game launches on Nov 18 for the 3DS.
