On the heels of the big Splatoon update earlier this month that added several new game modes and pieces of gear, Nintendo has announced a new map that will be added to the rotation later today. Flounder Heights seems to be based on an apartment complex, and goes live at 7 PM PST.
Splatoon will be made free-to-play periodically this weekend for any Wii U owner, as the Global Testfire returns. In addition, a new Splatfest will take place next weekend, pitting Autobots against Decepticons.

Splatoon is available exclusively on the Wii U and just recently passed 1 million players.
